We have a couple of weeks off before the 100 lap dash for some big cash! The car has been running good except for the few “minor” adjustments in the setup that we shouldn’t have made for the last race. We’ll get them out and put everything back to where it was and see if Mathew can take another checkered flag.

We’ve committed to taking the car to the Mahoning County Fair in Sept for an AMVETS display. So we thought since we were back east, let’s see if we can find a race to put the #74 AMVETS Late Model in. By golly we found one 2 hours from the fairgrounds at the Motordrome in Smithton, PA.  We’ll shoot over there for a Friday night race then tow back to the Fair bright and early Saturday morning.

We still are working hard on getting into an ARCA race this year. We have a lot of irons in the fire and will keep stirring around for the support it will take to get Mathew there! Until then, we’ll just keep smokin’ the tires at the short tracks! Good racing to all.
